Restorative yoga flow

Restorative yoga can have a therapeutic and calming effect on the mind and body. Below is a 20-minute restorative yoga flow for you to try.

When you practice the flow, try to be really present in the moment. Notice your surroundings, is the room too hot, or too cold? Can you hear birds singing or the neighbour’s dog barking?

Pay attention to your body, how do the movements feel? Observe any thoughts that arise, but don’t concentrate on them, let them disappear like passing clouds.

I hope you enjoy the flow, I would recommend taking as long a Savasana as possible to truly relax, maybe pause the video and take a longer Savasana
