We are planning a small retreat (approx. 7 – 12 people) in The New Forest, Fordingbridge, Hampshire in September 2024. The retreat will be from Friday afternoon until Monday Morning

Program for the Autumn Yoga Retreat
Friday evening includes a welcome ceremony by candlelight, with relaxation yoga to loosen out the knots and settle the mind. From Saturday, optional morning meditations will be followed by a lazy breakfast and one hour of gentle hatha yoga.
In the afternoons, take the time snoozing in comfy armchairs by the wood-burning fire, finding a good book, chatting to new yoga friends, or venturing out to blow away the cobwebs on one of the New Forest Walks or visit one of the local towns. aromatherapy massage (bookable in advance).
Pre-dinner yoga will be tailored for the group with a range of options including focusing on breath, particular parts of the body, or deep relaxation.
Schedule
Arrive on Friday, 4 p.m. and drop the world till departure on Monday 10 a.m.
Friday evening
- 18:00 Welcome ceremony and first yoga session (one and a half hours)
- 19:30 Catered evening meal lovingly created by the resident chef
Saturday and Sunday
- 07:00 Onwards juice, fruit
- 08:00 Guided morning meditation
- 08:45 Buffet breakfast with cooked and raw options
- 10:30 Morning yoga one hour of hatha yoga
- 13:00 Catered lunch lovingly created by the resident chef,
- 14:00 Free time or have a personal massage session
- 17:00 Afternoon Restorative yoga (one and a half hours)
- 19:00 Three-course evening meal
- 21:00 Yoga Nidra by candlelight (Saturday only)
Monday morning
- 07:00 Onwards juice, fruit
