Individual Private yoga

Individual Private Yoga classes are focused on what you want to achieve. The private yoga lesson will be based on your ability and goals.

Having a private one-to-one class allows you to focus on your practice and tune in to your body.

The classes can be tailored to your ability and level of fitness and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day.

 We all have unique body structures a private one-to-one class will be tailored to your individual needs and bring increased benefits to your practice.

Before the lesson begins

Before the private classes commence we will start with a questionnaire about your experience, any mobility/health issues and the goals you would like to achieve so I can build your class plan, we can then focus on your session during the individual private yoga lesson.

During the lesson

In each lesson, we will focus on your goal. Anything from learning to relax/meditate to finding better alignment, flexibility or strength.

After the lesson

I will give you feedback and ‘homework’ for you to practise and improve until our next session.
